  3. Once you start paying attention what’s running on your body and mind? your mind will definitely start to wander and take you towards Yesterday activities or Future plan. In fact! your mind may also take you somewhere else.

So, There is no need to be scared about it.

It’s human nature. When you notice your mind has wandered Then bring it back to the present moment.

The more you do this, The more likely you are able to do this over and over.

4) Don’t Judge about your thoughts. You all know that we are habitual for listening to negative thoughts that keep running in the mind.

So, The key to fight with this habit is when any thought comes while practicing mindfulness.

Don’t pay attention and let it go. Take a Deep breath and come back to the present moment

5) Mindfulness is all about bringing your attention to the present moment over and over.

Our mind is designed in such a way that it easily get trapped by any thought (Mostly negative thoughts).

Treat your breath activities as a reminder to become attentive. Whenever you lost the attention take a deep breath and come back.

How to Practice Mindfulness:

1) Take a seat.
2) Set a timer as you wish to do it (5 minutes or 10 minutes).
3) Notice your body.
4) Take a deep breath.
5) If your mind is wandered & goes away to some other place, Bring it back to the present moment.
6) Deal with your mind peacefully, If your mind keeps going at another place. Don’t think much about it. Just come back

That’s it. It is the practice of mindfulness.

Your mind goes to some other places and you bring it back to the present moment.

Try to do mindfulness as lovingly as possible.

4) Take Healthy Diet:

A healthy diet plays an important role in our lifestyle.

Nowadays junk food fever is fast running towards society especially in the young generation.

They are addicted to fast food, They are consuming it on the regular basis sometimes with friends and some time alone.

It’s ok If you are taking fast food once in a while but do not take it frequently.

It’s not good for your health. Always try to take a healthy diet. Healthy food gives proper nutrient to the body.

These nutrients are protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins and minerals.

It keeps body fit and you will be able to do all the tasks energetically.

5) Deal with Stress:

It is not true to be said that keep yourself far away from the stress. Stress is a part of human nature and You can’t escape yourself from it.

The message which I want to pass to you is whenever you feel stress. It’s ok, Deal with it sensibly according to the situation rather being trapped by it and get stuck.

6) Make a Healthy Lifestyle:
