1) Be Comfortable:

First I would like to say become comfortable and relaxed. It is normal and It happens to everyone.

Life is not ended and you have a full life to do all the things which you want to do.

Don’t regret about anything. If you lost or missed something in the Past. Let it be and move ahead.

So you must need to move ahead, If you want to be happy.

2) Life is Uncertain, Don’t Stop:

Life is full of uncertainties, You will face a lot of happiness, sadness, and frustration. Just remember nothing is Permanent. You can’t predict what will be going to happen next?

If you are going through hard situations in life. Just believe in ALMIGHTY. Everything will be going too well after some time.

You don’t need to worry much about Life. Live your Present moments and keep going on.

Golden rules of Life

Be ready for the uncertainties of life and don’t get stopped.

If you are facing sadness or problems in your life. Don’t worry about it. Everything is going to be okay with the time.

Enjoy your life & present moment’s. Once these moments passed. You’d not get it back. Focus on the present

3) Talk to People:

Make a list of people who are really close to you. It Maybe your

  • Classmates
  • Friends
  • Colleague or
  • Relatives.

Instead of being alone and get depressed, I don’t know what to do with my life, Talk with them, You’ll definitely feel better. If you don’t want to share your problems with them then it’s ok don’t share.

Do a normal conversation and at the end of the conversation, You will find it Classy and Your mind would be full of ideas and good thoughts.

So, It is a good thing to talk with People If you are depressed or upset. By doing this will make you feel comfortable and stress free.

Every problem has a solution, Don’t lose hope and be relax things will get better

4) Clear Your Mind:

Your mind is always full of thoughts. Sometimes you may get positive thoughts and feel happy and there’s also times comes when your mind starts throwing negative feedback and make you think I don’t know what to do with my life

It always keeps on thinking new stuff. You can’t do everything which is running in your mind and it also creates a lot of confusion.

So, It’s better to clear your mind and focus on one thing at a time.

It will not only make your life easy. But Also, Increase the productivity & chance of success in the work.

Let’s see an example:

There is a boy who is really passionate about sports. He also loves to dance and playing cricket.

So, both these things are not only confusing him. But, also creating problems in life. He can’t make his career in both things. As a result, He won’t be able to focus anywhere.

So, It’s better to focus on one thing which he likes most.

5) Stop Thinking & Take Action:

You are seeing that life is going at a faster rate. So, Stop thinking I don’t know what to do with my life and start taking action before it is too late.

There is no benefit of thinking all the time. If there would be any benefit of Thinking? 90% of the people would become Millionaire who keeps thinking about money and plans all the time but don’t take any action..

6) Take Motivation:

Motivation is also necessary and it is an important part of life.

You can take motivation from others who are already successful in the same field which you are doing or thinking to start in the future.

You can watch motivational videos on the internet which will boost your confidence. If you don’t have any person who can motivate you. Try to become self-motivated.

Start giving motivation to yourself. Whenever you feel demotivated or exhausted from life.

Start talking to your inner voice.

“Hey, Dude- No problem everything will be going to better, you don’t need to worry about it, you can do it. You are going towards success”

Positive affirmations are powerful. It’ll give you self-motivation which is really magical. It gives you the strength to do any work. I use this weapon whenever I need it.

One most important thing:

Motivation is good Whether it is motivation from others or Self-motivation. But, there is no benefit until or unless. you are taking action by yourself.

Okay! Tell me, You are full of motivation but you are not doing any work what is the use of that motivation?

So, the Priority is to start taking action.

7) Be Focused:

The focus is the most important step. It is the real key to success.

If you are not focused on the work. It really becomes difficult to get positive results. Thinking all day I don’t know what to do with my life will not help you to make any progress.

You always need to be determined about your goal, dream, etc- It will help you to stay focused on the goals.

Here, I am telling you some important things below which will help you to be focused.

Meditation:

Meditation is one of the best ways to increase focus which has been used from a long time ago. You can use this awesome tool to increase your focus and productivity.

Take Breaks:

Breaks are also necessary and highly required If you keep on working without taking any break. It will create boredom for you and You get distracted which will be going to result in less productivity.

So, It is better to take a break after the proper interval of time.

Drink water:

Mostly! What people do is when they are working they just ignore or forgot to drink water which results in tiredness.

If you drink plenty of water while working. At that moment it provides relaxation to your body and you will find yourself active.

Visit Park:

It is not good at all to be stuck in one place all day and keep working for long hours. You need breaks at proper intervals, You can roam around in your local areas or somewhere outside.

Go to the Park and walk there for some time. It’d be really awesome and beneficial for you. You will see many greenery there like trees & plants which are healthy for your eyes.

You will also see many:- Men, women, kids are playing there.

I am pretty sure, You will love to visit the Park. If there is no Park, Don’t worry you can walk in the playground or even the streets.

But, Don’t sit in only one place. It’ll impact your health.

8) I dont know what to do with my life?- Talk to Yourself:

In this busy life, You are doing everything.

  • Eating
  • Working
  • Sleeping

But have you ever got time to talk with yourself? Never? So, why not? Talking to yourself Is a really good habit.

Take the time of 5-10 minutes while sleeping and talk with yourself. You can check your daily activity:

  • what you have done right?
  • what you have done wrong?
  • Talk about these activities. Learn from those mistakes and promise yourself not to repeat them.
  • You can also discuss future plans, Talk about the future goal with yourself, How to reach there?

It might seem funny or strange,  But It really works. It will not only boost your confidence. Also, gives you many creative Ideas which is present in your mind.

Find out them with this wonderful habit.

9) Leave your Comfort Zone:

Success is not easy that you could get it without doing anything and not so hard which is difficult to achieve. But, You have to put in some hard work for it.

The first and foremost work is to leave your comfort zone. Don’t think I don’t know what to do with my life, “Stop all those activities which you are habitual of doing and what is making you Lazy”

I know It is really difficult to leave your comfort zone but just keep remember in the mind.

You won’t get success until or unless you are ready to leave your comfort zone.

Job or Business is Better for me?

Here is a quick and very effective Tip that will help you to leave your comfort zone. You can set a timetable for the short-term period. Like: 7-10 Days, Start following it.

Be honest with yourself and try to follow it. Once you are able to complete it successfully. Then, It means you are really dedicated & serious.

Now make 30 days schedule, This time it would be easier for you to follow.

Once you completed this successfully. Then, Congratulations! You have left your Comfort Zone. Now, you have unlocked all the way to success.

10) Enjoy the Moments:

Enjoy every moment of life. No matter what the situation of life is? It may be easy or difficult but always try to enjoy the moments.

The time once passed never going to come back. I guess you missed the Past moments so much. Sometimes even you regret It.

So, Why are you not enjoying the present moments to live to the fullest? So, you don’t regret it later in the future. Do what makes you happy! Grab positive emotions, Spread the love with others, kick negativity and jealousy. It will not be going to take you anywhere.

In fact, negative thoughts about others affect you highly. It makes you frustrated and unproductive.

The moments you are living now will also be going to be your past. Enjoy every moment in such a way that you don’t regret it later.
