  • He is having lot of fun

 At other side, I ‘m the only one who is not having any kind of fun. My life is not good and so many distracting thoughts ‘ll start hitting your head.

Now, What’s the result? You ‘ll be distracted whole day by making yourself uncomfortable after the comparison.

Most of the post’s & video’s which you found on social media is half truth. You don’t know the unreveal secret behind it and why there is a comparison?

If anyone is having fun or having good life. That’s great.

Keep your focus only on yourself & your work. By the time, you too going to have all these awesome things in coming days. Keep doing your work with full dedication & honesty.

There are many wonderful things waiting for you in future. First you need to check, Am I really unhappy or it’s coming only by the comparison with other?

If there is such case. Kick it out instantly to remove distraction.

Proper Sleep:

Deficiency of sleep is one of the most common reason which makes you frustrated, Lack of confidence & irate.

When it’s bit difficult for you to follow this sleeping pattern for some reason, Like- Night shift or working till late night. What you can do at that moment?

Eat Healthy Food:

Healthy food is also important part in your life. Consumption of healthy food leads to high energy and improve concentration power.

It’s not about pages, In a true send you are reading a person 15-20 years life. You can learn a lot from those experiences. You can implement some good advices in your life which is being told by author.

Reading a book means, I ‘m not saying to pick up any books. Like- love stories, Jokes or Political books and start scrolling the pages.

I am saying to read personality development, Inspirational books. It will surely valuable to read. You ‘ll not able to understand at this moment nor it ‘d seems something special, Until or unless you go for it.

Once you grab the book & start reading it. You ‘ll see the difference.

Be Aware While Grabbing the Information:

You need to be precise when going with the flow of information. Is it coming from authentic sources or just like a random way?

There are lots of misleading news and information keep flowing on the internet & in real life. It’s not a right way to follow up such piece of information.

Stay away from these kind of information otherwise It will end up with negativity, loss of time.

It’s your duty to check, Information, source & authenticity of the information.

Pick A New Skill and Master It:

Let’s build a new skill to grow your personality. What kind of skill? I ‘m not going to answer it, Because you are the only one who knows best about yourself.

  • What are your interests & hobbies?
  • What do you want to improve?

It can be anything:-

  • Communication Skill,
  • Writing,
  • Art,
  • Business related or
  • anything else.

Whatever sounds you best?. Pick that skill and try to master. It will be going to add another value in your personality.

Respect Your Emotions, Love Yourself:

Always love yourself and your emotions. Sometimes, You put yourself into the work and give no time for yourself from a busy hectic schedule which always result in the war between you and your emotions.

Give little bit time to yourself. Make yourself happy. If you are wishing to go somewhere outside for hangout, meeting with friends or something else.

But, You are not allowing yourself for the reason of hectic schedule and busy. Don’t put over burden.  If you can do & manage, Go for it

Love yourself, This is the only way to get best results. There are some more thing to do beside it

Cut Out Useless People:

This is also important. There would be definitely some people in your list who always try to spread negativity and demotivate you in many senses.

Now, You strictly need to check for those people, If you have goal & vision to achieve and these people are not supporting you rather, They are demotivating & humiliating you.

The negativity & statements they are throwing at your head is not helping you to go smoothly for your vision rather It’s creating hindrance, sluggish environment and discouraging you.

You need to cut off these people from the list. Yes! It may sound rude. But, This is important thing to do.

Okay! Ask yourself, If someone is making you unhappy & adding no value. Would you like to spend your precious moment with that person?

You know the better answer.

Learn To Say No and Stop Doing Thing Which You Don’t Like:

There could be many things which you are doing. But, You don’t like to do. However, you are still doing because of addiction for it or any other reason.

  • You are surfing on internet for long hours.
  • You are watching Youtube video’s whole day.
  • Gossiping with Friends on useless topics
  • Political debate & arguments Or anything else.

These are some common example, Your may be different. But, Try to connect it. The real motive is to make you understand. Stop doing those things which you don’t like and add no value.

Do you seriously like above mentioned reason?  Or It’s coming out itself because of the addiction. Learn to say NO & save your precious time which you can put in useful work.

Time is the most important thing in life. Use it wisely.

Don’t get me wrong, I ‘m not saying Social Media is worst or bad. Definitely, It’s an good way to connect with people all over the world.

If you look at positive side, Social media also helps to be in touch with friends & other people in your contact list.

What I mean to say?

Sometimes, You see a picture of a person. It may be Your friend or anyone else with a brand expensive car showing his wonderful life.

Now!  At that moment, You start doing comparison.

 He is living awesome life and I don’t have anything neither a secure job nor money. When You start thinking this way. Your mind also starts giving you countless number of negative feedbacks to check. Like-

  • Yes! You are right, You ‘re not good in any way.
  • You have faced many failures in the past.
  • Those person are lucky and you are an unfortunate etc.

The story is not finish yet. It ‘ll break your mood, make you distracted and ends up with frustration. This was the only reason;

I was saying you to stop use of social media. Don’t compare yourself with anyone. You are the one of the best person in the word. Look at your positive side. Your strength, attitude, Opportunities.

Work on your goal and don’t allow anyone to distract yourself. Why are you breaking own peace with just one picture which is arising lots of negative feedback in your mind.

You don’t know the real secret behind those pictures. There is always a trap or half- truth.

Make Positive Changes:

Habit plays an important role in overall growth. Whether it’s personal or professional. Don’t over look even at tiny habits. Try to adopt some good habits.

No need to take many good habits in a one shot. Go slow, one by one. You are the result of your habits.

Whatever you have done in the past. That has made your present. Now what you are going to do. It ‘ll make your future.

If you adopt good habits, It ‘ll be awesome to move forward with it.

Express Gratitude:

Being gratitude & be thank full to other’s is a great thing. It shows not only your character rather it also gives you peace and inner happiness.

Did you practice gratitude ever before? If not, You need to give it a try. The best thing is Gratitude does not cost anything to you. It also has a power to build valuable relationships which can last forever.

When You are thankful to other’s. It is going to help you in building emotional bonding with them which could be great.

Look For Other’s:

You always think about yourself. You are too busy in own world. Let’s come out from it and meet some lovely people.

There are mass number of people who are living poor life. Who are struggling only for food, clothes and shelter.

You can help those people by providing them food, Old or new clothes. It will truly give you a real happiness.

If you are sad & frustrate with your life for small reason’s. Go & meet those people and see their pain. You should be thankful to ALMIGHTY for this wonderful life.

Still, You are complaining for just tiny reason. Connect with those people and see the value of your own life & happiness. You ‘ll realize How beautiful your life is?

Nothing Good Or Bad, It Depends On Your Thinking:

What do you think? What is bad & what is good? There is nothing good and bad. It’s totally depend on your perception.

How do you take it? Always try to look at positive side. If something is not happening as per your wish. That good be for some reason.

You have to find it. Don’t get negative, always try to be positive. Everything happens for a reason

Write Down Everything:

You have messed up with life. Not seeing anything cheerful. There are lots of To do list which is making you confused. Okay! Do a simple exercise. Write down all your problems on a paper.

Also, write down your desires. Now! It’s time to make a plan to achieve those desires & kick out negative stuffs from the list.

You ‘ll find, How easy it is to overcome confusion. Once you have written everything on paper. Try it & see the positive aspect.

Be Organized:

You should be neat, clean & organized. Sometimes your daily routine becomes sluggish only because there is not proper organize & system for work.

Let’s say, You are doing a job in the company. You were having a plan for something after your work day,

Once you come back at home.  What happens next?

When you are back, You have seen, The rooms is dirty, all the things are lying here & there. You start feeling complex & tired after seeing this picture of room.

Now, You are finding too difficult to set up all these and start working about your plan. So, You have cancel the plan because it is the only thing which you easiest at the moment.

So, why does it happen? It’s because of unorganized. If you keep yourself organize and maintain discipline. Everything ‘ll seems easier to do. Similarly, You can co-relates organize with your daily routine.

When you have proper routine. You are well known about the day. What do in morning, evening & night. If you are not aware, It will cause you trouble and end up with loss of time & energy in unproductive junk.

Explore Your Passion:

Are you fade up with you daily activities & routine? Does it seems hard to do same boring work daily? Is this the only reason which is causing you to accept- I hate my life.

Don’t worry! Take it easy, There is always a solution for the problem. Start looking for your passion.

Ask yourself-

  • What do you really want?
  •  What’s your passion?
  • What are your interests?

Once you find your passions & interests. You can connect yourself with it & You can do side by side with your main work.

Develop a Plan:

Every time, The things do not work in the same manner as you wish, Yes! Nothing is difficult, If you want to achieve it. But, that doesn’t mean, you can do anything and everything without any proper planning.

You should have a proper plan for everything. Whether It’s a small task or big task. This is one of major mistake, You take most of the things lightly and do not value.

This is the reason, why your most of the times get spoil. What I want to make you understand is? You are doing a work which can hardly takes 15-20 minutes.

Okay! That’s perfect. Do it with the focus and try to complete it within same period 15-20 mins. Now, Don’t mix up at another area until or unless work is not get over.

Like- Start looking at your smartphone- Facebook, twitter, Instagram Or send a message to your friend on WhatsApp by thinking It’s a small task, I ‘ll do it easily.

This was the easy task, Now since you have engage in social media or with friends doing chatting.  You are end up there after 1 hour.

Now you have come back & start doing the same work. which took 20 minutes to get over. Now, Figure is something like-

60+20= 80 minutes

The work which needs to be finished within 20 minutes has taken 80 mins. This was just one example. Check your daily schedule. You ‘ll find large no. of such examples.

This also results in making you panic at the last moment. First, You don’t give attention & respect towards valuable time.  Later on, You get panic and start saying,

  • I don’t have time
  • I was busy

No! That’s not correct, Everyone has 24 hours only.

You have lack of time because you don’t work according to the plan Or you don’t have any plan. That’s why, It is important to have a plan before doing anything to get better results.

Why Don’t You Choose Happiness?

Money is an important part of life. But, This is also a reality, Money alone can’t make you happy. When you keep running behind the money all the times & stop living & enjoy your moment’s in other area’s.

Life hit you hard. This is the reason where you start saying, I hate my life.

If you want truly happy life. You also need to consider other parts of life.

  • Relationship
  • Adventure

Make beautiful connections, Spread love with other’s, Respect your relationship, Adventure is also good. Yes! Doing adventure also differs from person to person.
