This is one of the most common reasons you are still regretting your past mistakes. Don’t you? Everyone makes mistakes, there would be hardly a few people who haven’t made mistakes in life.

It is also a famous saying, The person who hasn’t made any mistake didn’t get a chance to learn anything new.

Successful people learn from their mistake and make progress. When you keep regretting your past mistakes it won’t be going to take you anywhere. Yes! You read it right. Nowhere means no where.

The sad part is when you regret for the past mistakes it also makes your present moment worthless.

Do you want to waste your precious moment’s or actually want to make progress for your better life? I believe you will go with the 2nd option, So! To make progress first you have to stop regretting the past.

The best thing is to get relax. Sometime doing nothing is more than enough it will help you to get back energy and boost your motivation & confidence.

So, what you can do now? Make a shorter list of tasks, not more than 3 or 5. Once it is done put a tick and move ahead. The unconscious mind loves seeing tick it gives a signal of accomplishment.

3 to 5 task is okay. You can also make it more shorter, by choosing only 1 task at a time, first do it & then move to the another. Well, It completely depends on you & the work. So, you can see & choose what works best for you?

Unfortunately, the saddest part is tomorrow never comes. Tomorrow the cycle with same excuses repeat again. In this way months, years would pass away.

You can check your life. The simplest plan which you have thought few months or year back is still pending. because you have waited for the perfect time to get started which is never going to come.

Fear Of Failure:

Is the fear of failure stopping you to take action? Why are you afraid of fear when it is not in your control? Your responsibility is to do the task in an appropriate manner whatever you have to do.

Successful people always focus on the process and give their full potential to improve & make progress while on the other hand the average mindset people always assume about the results even without taking action:-

  • It is not going to happen.
  • No! It is not my cup of tea.

Not Caring Yourself:

It is truly important to take care of your mind and body. In fact, you spend most of the time with you only. when you take care of your body and mind.

Are you doing exercise? It could be one reason when you feel lazy and not like doing anything.

Excercise improves your blood circulation release stress & makes you energetic. It also make your mood delightful.

There is a major misconception among people. They always think exercise as joining the gym club doing bodybuilding & muscular activities.

Yes! that is fine! It is also one type of exercise but it can also be in a most simple manner. Running or walking for 10-15 minutes is also a wonderful exercise.

If your start since morning is not good then most probably a full day is not going to be awesome. Develop a regular habit of exercise and see the difference.

Why Do I Have No Motivation

The reason for not motivation to do anything in life is for 3 reasons. First and foremost you don’t have clarity what do you want.

You always get distracted by many things. When you stuck with many choices it always result in no action. The best thing you feel in that scenario is not to take any action and tell yourself to wait for the right time.

Sorry to say, but perfect time never comes. Yesterday was the perfect day and now this is the perfect day. Problems will always be there.

So, what do you need to do is to be focused for the choice. The other reason for no motivation to do anything in life is when you don’t want to come out from the comfort zone.

You have clarity what do you want to achieve but don’t want to come out from the comfort zone. That also become major reason for no motivation to do anything in life.

Goals without proper action are just wishes. You can wish anything but to make it reality you need to take action.

You have clarity and also ready to come out from the comfort zone. But, you are not having discipline. Discipline is one of the best way to keep proper balance and to be highly productive.

Don’t make yourself short by giving such feedback- i’m not good at anything. Well, No one is perfect in this world. everyone is good at something & not everything.

You are no different, you can be good at something and not all. If you want to learn something to improve your skills. You can do it.

Don’t make yourself feel low, You can do anything to grow and make progress in life.

I feel stupid, No motivation to do anything:
