Discipline says: It is already too late, You also have to wake up a bit early in the morning to go for (school, college or office). Let’s have a proper sleep and give relax to your body. You have switched off the internet and ready to sleep. Good night 🙂

You are too stressed & stuck at the same time with lot of things.

  • Pending work,
  • Classes,
  • Deadlines

You are screwed up from all sides. Now! Don’t touch anything, you are already feeling stress. The only way to feel relax is to stay away from all responsibilities. This is the only solution, It would give some relief.

Discipline says: Take a pen and paper to make a master plan. Write all your pending tasks and set a priority in a sequence with deadline from most important to least important. Start with most important task which is urgent.

Be ready for your classes, If there is any kind of confusion discuss with your teachers or class fellows and get clarity.

Mention all the deadlines in advance of 3,6 months or year. Take the actions and prepare yourself to meet deadlines on time.

You want to wake up early in the morming to do some exercise to refresh your mood before going to the (Office, School, College) You set an alarm at 6’0 clock.

Your alarm has started calling you at sharp 6 ‘o clock. You have snoozed it for 5 minutes. After few minutes, your alarm again tried to wake you up.

You being an unkind person to poor alarm has snooze it again.

Why honesty is important in a friendship

Finally, Alarm started it’s 3rd attempt to hope for some success. You have turned off the alarm and got to sleep.

When you woke up, It was already too late. Sun is giving sunshine for some time. You get nervous and started rushing towards the bathroom. You haven’t enjoyed the bath as you have to finish it within a couple of seconds only.

Now, you don’t have courage to be more late. You have skipped the breakfast to save some time and run away for the office.

As you entered in the office, you find everyone is already there and you feel guilty & bit ashamed for being late.

You greet people there with an unhappy face. All the day went quite unhappy & unproductive. You finished the day with the guilt inside.

Let’s look at different scenario, You set the alarm of 6 ‘o clock. Alarm has started calling you at right 6 ‘o clock. It was challenging to get up, Being a warrior you push yourself up and manage to sit.

You start rubbing the eyes with both hands to come out from the sleeping cycle. You started feeling energetic and went to the park to roam around to do some exercise.

There you have met some wonderful people. They shared some valuable knowledge & information which has enlighten you.

After coming back, you took a shower and go through with the tasty breakfast. When you are done with everything, you have noticed there is still 40-50 mins remaining. You catch a book and start reading.

While going to the office, you feel so relaxed, positive & confident. You start greeting people with a beautiful smile.

As you were happy & joyful, It gave you the opportunity to perform better. You have finished the day peacefully with the smile.

At night you were talking with yourself, How wonderful was the day? You set the alarm and got to sleep.
